Sub-Processors

This page is published pursuant to Clause 9.2 of the mindsparx privacy policy and Clause 6.1 of the mindsparx data processing agreement, and constitutes the authoritative list of the sub-processors engaged by S.C. Transdesk Communications S.R.L., trading as mindsparx.
Each sub-processor identified below processes personal data solely upon the documented instructions of mindsparx, pursuant to a written data processing agreement imposing obligations materially equivalent to those undertaken by mindsparx, and is not permitted to process personal data for its own purposes.

2. Amendment of this list
2.1. Where mindsparx proposes to engage or to replace a sub-processor, this page shall be updated not less than thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of processing by that sub-processor.
2.2. Business clients shall additionally be notified at their account email address, and may object upon reasonable data protection grounds, in accordance with Clause 6.2 of the data processing agreement.
2.3. Amendments material to individual users shall additionally be reflected in the privacy policy in accordance with Clause 19 thereof.
