mindsparx

Test every applicant, not just the ones who volunteer

You just read one candidate's skill report because they chose to share it. mindsparx runs that same assessment across your whole applicant pool, on your own guidelines, and gives you every result side by side.

Pilots start with one assessment on your guidelines and your shortlist.

See the whole field, not the volunteers

A shared report shows you one candidate who chose to show you their result. A run shows you everyone you invited, ranked, including the people who did not finish and the ones who did poorly.

Your guidelines, your task

Paste the instructions your annotators actually work from. mindsparx turns them into a scored test with an expert-validated answer key, so you are measuring the job you are hiring for.

Retakes that mean something

Set how many attempts a candidate gets and how long they wait. Retakes serve a different question form, and anyone who has already seen that form is refused automatically.

Integrity you control

Every sitting is monitored for the patterns that suggest outside help, and a flagged sitting withholds the certificate until a person reviews it. Candidates are identified by a code you assign; we never receive their names or emails.

What a pilot looks like

1. Send your guidelines

The instructions your reviewers already follow. We turn them into a test and validate the answer key.

2. Send your codes

You assign a code per candidate and keep the list. We generate one link each.

3. Read the results

A ranked report with a competency breakdown per person, and certificates for whoever clears the bar.
